Interval Leisure Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: IILG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.
This accelerated dividend is intended by the Board to be in lieu of the quarterly dividend ILG would have otherwise announced and paid in the first quarter of 2013.
The dividend will be payable on December 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
