JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: JBHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
The Board does not expect to declare or pay a quarterly dividend in the first quarter of 2013 and will resume its normal policy of quarterly dividend analysis at its regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting on April 25, 2013.
