Associated Estates Realty (AEC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.6% to $0.19; 5% Yield

Associated Estates Realty (NYSE: AEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on February 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 11, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
