Analysts Leery as athenahealth (ATHN) Investor Day Kicks Off

Yesterday athenahealth (NASDAQ: ATHN) released lackluster 2013 guidance, a day ahead of this morning's investor day.

Commenting on the development, Oppenheimer analyst Bret Jones said "While Investor Day sell-offs have traditionally been a good entry point for investors, we believe this year is somewhat different with GM concerns and questions surrounding the replacement of the PSSI sales channel."

Oppenheimer has a Perform rating on athenahealth.
