Dell, Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) is moving lower on the session amid disclosure of a new insider sale today.
According to a Form 4 filed with the U.S. SEC, CFO Brian Gladden sold 25,000 shares of Dell on December 3rd. The stock was sold at $10.41, carrying a gross value of $260,250.
Following the sale, Gladden holds about 353,916 shares, which includes restricted stock units.
Shares of Dell are up just 1 percent Wednesday.
