Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAD) 196% HIGHER; Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAD) announced successful top-line results from its pivotal Phase III trial evaluating the efficacy, tolerability and safety of pimavanserin in patients with Parkinsons disease psychosis (PDP). Pimavanserin is ACADIAs proprietary, non-dopaminergic product candidate that selectively blocks serotonin 5-HT2A receptors. Pimavanserin met the primary endpoint in the Phase III trial by demonstrating highly significant antipsychotic efficacy as measured using the 9-item SAPS-PD scale (p=0.001). Pimavanserin also met the key secondary endpoint for motoric tolerability as measured using Parts II and III of the Unified Parkinsons Disease Rating Scale, or UPDRS.
Neptune Technologies and Bioressources Inc. (Nasdaq: NEPT) 35% LOWER; announced today its action plan going forward to resume operations which have been interrupted as a result of the incident that occurred on November 8, 2012 at its production plant located in Sherbrooke, Quebec and to progressively supply customer demands in the interim.

Generac Holdings (NYSE: GNRC) 5% HIGHER; announced that due to market conditions, the secondary offering of shares of its common stock by certain selling stockholders, which the Company announced earlier today, is being withdrawn from the marketplace.
Clean Harbors, Inc. (NYSE: CLH) 4% LOWER; plans to commence, promptly following the anticipated pricing of a public offering of 6.0 million shares of Clean Harbors’ common stock which Clean Harbors has previously announced, a private placement of $550 million of Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”). Clean Harbors intends to use the net proceeds of both the offering of common stock and the proposed offering of the Notes to finance a portion of the purchase price for its previously announced proposed acquisition of Safety-Kleen, Inc. and its subsidiaries and related transaction fees and expenses.
