CoreSite Realty (COR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.27; 4.4% Yield

CoreSite Realty (NYSE: COR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
