Sierra Wireless Inc. (NASDAQ: SWIR) 20% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.90, 3 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $5.28 billion versus the consensus of $5.62 billion.

Housevalues Inc. (NASDAQ: SOLD) 17% HIGHER; raised its outlook for the first quarter of 2006 as a result of better than expected progress in its mortgage business as well as continued strong demand for its real estate marketing services.

F5 Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) 14.2% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.49, 1 cent worse than estimates.(.50) Revenues were $94.1 million vs. $94.53 million consensus. Sees Q3 EPS between $0.50-0.51 vs. $0.52.

Insteel Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: IIIN) 11.5% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.80, 17 cents worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $89 million versus the consensus of $92.45 million

Arch Coal Inc. (NYSE: ACI) 7% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.84 per share, 26 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $634.6 million versus the consensus of $574.6 million. Sees FY06 EPS of $3.75-$4.25, versus the consensus of $3.91

KCS Energy Inc. (NYSE: KCS) 6.6% HIGHER; Petrohawk Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: HAWK) and KCS Energy, Inc. (NYSE: KCS) entered into a definitive agreement to merge. KCS stockholders will receive $9.00 per share in cash and 1.65 shares of Petrohawk common stock for each share of KCS common stock they own.

Zhone Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ZHNE) 6.3% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.03

Rambus Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBS) 5.6% HIGHER; today announced that a verdict has not yet been reached in its patent infringement case against Hynix. The jury has concluded its deliberations for the week and is scheduled to return for further deliberations on Monday, April 24, 2006.

JAKKS Pacific Inc. (NASDAQ: JAKK) 5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.14, 1 cent worse than estimates. Revenues were $107.8 million vs. $122.10 million consensus.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (NYSE: RCL) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.39 per share, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $1.15 billion versus the consensus of $1.17 billion. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.50-0.55 versus the consensus of $0.74. Sees FY06 EPS of $2.95 to $3.15 versus the consensus of $3.03.

VeriSign (Nasdaq: VRSN) 5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.24, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $374 million vs. $372.99 million consensus. Muted guidance.

SanDisk Corp. (NASDAQ: SNDK) 4.7% LOWER; Reports Q1 EPS In-Line

Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. (NASDAQ: CHIC) 3.85% HIGHER; Piper Jaffray upgrade

Dell Inc. (Nasdaq: DELL) 3.6% LOWER; Citigroup downgrades Dell Inc. (Nasdaq: DELL) from Buy to Sell and cuts its price target from $37 to $28.

Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) 2.5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.24, 1 cent worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $41.1 billion, down $4.1 billion from last year, and versus the consensus of $39.7 billion.

3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) 2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.17, 3 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $5.6 billion versus the consensus of $5.58 billion. Sees Q2 EPS of $1.14-$1.17, versus the consensus of $1.15.

Quanex Corp. (NYSE: NX) INDICATED HIGHER; expects to report fiscal second quarter 2006 diluted earnings per share from continuing operations in a range of $1.02 to $1.06, up some 16% from its prior guidance of $0.87 to $0.93 and the consensus of $0.99, when it reports results on June 1, 2006.
