Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.335 per share, or $1.34 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 11, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 9, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
