Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (NYSE: POT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 7, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 17, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 15, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
