Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE: RPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16825 per share, or $0.673 annualized. This is a 3.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1625.

The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 18, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
