National Interstate Corporation (NASDAQ: NATL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 26, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 21, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
NOTE: the company also declared a special $2/share dividend
