BlackRock Kelso Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: BKCC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 18, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.6 percent.
