Emeritus (NYSE: ESC) reported Q3 FFO of $0.40, versus $0.37 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $324.07 million versus the consensus estimate of $328.95 million.

Emeritus sees FY2012 EPS of $1.65-1.75. Emeritus sees FY2012 revenue of $1.35-1.37 million, versus the consensus of $1.31 million.
