Northstar Realty Finance Corp. (NRF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.3% to $0.17; 10.3% Yield

Northstar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on November 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 7, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.3 percent.
