Limelight Networks, Inc. (LLNW) Reports In-Line Q3 EPS; CEO to Leave Day-to-Day Role

Limelight Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: LLNW) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.05), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $45 million versus the consensus estimate of $44.8 million.

Limelight Networks, Inc. sees Q4 2012 revenue of $45.5-46.5 million, versus the consensus of $48.5 million.

Limelight further announced a search for a new CEO to succeed Jeff Lunsford, who will leave the day-to-day CEO role to pursue private business interests in mid-January, 2013, but will remain active and involved as a member of Limelight's Board of Directors.
