Zagg Inc. (NASDAQ: ZAGG) reported Q3 EPS of $0.26, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $59.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.74 million.

Zagg Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $259-262 million, versus the consensus of $258.8 million. Sees adj-EBITDA of $59-$62 million, versus prior $56-$61 million.
