Amerisourcebergen Corp. (NYSE: ABC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.69, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $20.35 billion.
Amerisourcebergen Corp. sees FY2013 EPS of $3.06-3.16, versus the consensus of $3.14.
Also today, the Board of Directors increased the dividend paid on common stock by 62% and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.21, payable on December 3, 2012 to shareholders of record on November 19, 2012.
In addition, the Board also approved a new $750 million share repurchase authorization.
