Enbridge Energy Partners, (NYSE: EEP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.5435 per share, or $2.174 annualized.

The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of November 5, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 7.2 percent.
