Duke Energy Corporation (NYSE: DUK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.765 per share, or $3.06 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 14, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
