Inergy L.P. (NYSE: NRGY) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is a 22.7% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.375.

The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of November 5, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 5.8 percent.
