Martin Midstream Partners (MMLP) Raises Quarterly Distribution 1% to $0.77; 9% Yield

Martin Midstream Partners LP (NASDAQ: MMLP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.77 per share, or $3.08 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior distribution of $0.7625.

The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of November 5, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 9 percent.
