Washington Re(WRE) Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; 4.6% Yield

Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: WRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
