Global Partners LP (GLP) Raises Quarterly Distribution 1.4% to $0.5325; 7.9% Yield

Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.5325 per share, or $2.13 annualized. This is a 1.4% increase from the prior distribution of $0.5250.

The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 5, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of November 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 7.9 percent.
