MB Financial Corp (NASDAQ: MBFI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 900% increase from the prior dividend of $0.01.

The dividend will be payable on November 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 13, 2012.
