Ambassadors Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPAX) reported Q3 EPS of $0.31, versus $0.34 reported last year.
Ambassadors said, "our Board has approved an additional $2.7 million share repurchase program to augment the existing $13.5 million authorization. In addition, we have approved a $0.50 per share special dividend payable in November 2012. In aggregate, these moves will distribute capital back to shareowners totaling approximately $25 million."
