Tennant Co. (TNC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.9% to $0.18; 1.9% Yield

Tennant Co. (NYSE: TNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on December 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
