New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: NYB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 5, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.8 percent.
