Wyndham Worldwide sees FY2012 EPS of $3.15-3.20, versus prior guidance of $3.10-3.20 and the consensus of $3.17. Wyndham Worldwide sees FY2012 revenue of $4.5-4.6 billion, versus prior guidance of $4.425-4.6 billion and the consensus of $4.51 billion.

Wyndham Worldwide sees FY2013 EPS of $3.50-3.60, versus the consensus of $3.60. Wyndham Worldwide sees FY2013 revenue of $4.90-5.05 billion, versus the consensus of $4.75 billion.
