UMB Financial Corp (NASDAQ: UMBF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.215 per share, or $0.86 annualized. This is a 4.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.205.

The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 6, 2012.
