UBS maintained a Buy rating on O'Reilly Automotive (NASDAQ: ORLY) and trimmed its price target to $103.00 (from $94.00).
Analyst said indications of soft auto parts demand caused Q3 O’Reilly expectations to moderate, with the street expecting comps of 2 percent. Analysts said they believe there is a 90 percent confidence interval on comps hitting guidance of 1 to 3 percent. There is also potential for a beat, which could trigger a relief rally.
