TAL Education Group (NYSE: XRS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 5, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.6 percent.
