Wells Fargo maintained a Outperform rating on Dunkin' Brands (NASDAQ: DNKN) and raised its price target to $35 to $37 (from $34 to $35). It also revised FY2013 EPS estimates to $1.51 from $1.52.

"We expect DNKN shares to move higher through 2013, driven by multiple expansion due to steadily increasing return on invested capital and what we view as high visibility into continued mid-teens EPS growth in 2013 and 2014," said analyst Jeff Farmer.

Dunkin Branks will report Q3 2012 earnings on Thursday. Farmer is looking for EPS of $0.34, a cent below the street estimate of $0.35. He expects investors to focus on same store sales trends and DNKN's ability to hold on to its 4 to 5 percent 2012 comps guidance. Updates on the recent wave of new products and K-cups sales trends will also be important.
