Danaher Corp. (NYSE: DHR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.77, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.61 billion.

Danaher Corp. sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.80-0.85, versus the consensus of $0.88.

Danaher Corp. sees FY2012 EPS of $3.14-3.19, versus prior guidance of $3.19-3.26 and the consensus of $3.23.
