Chemical Names Surge on Potential Benefit of IRS Ruling (WLK) (LYB) (GGC) (CE)

Shares of chemical names including Westlake Chemical (NYSE: WLK), LyondellBasell Industries NV (NYSE: LYB), Georgia Gulf (NYSE: GGC), and Celanese (NYSE: CE) are surging higher Tuesday on speculation they may benefit from a recent IRS ruling that allows companies converting NGLs to chemicals to be classified as MLP's.
