Clearwire (CLWR) Higher Despite Sprint (S) Saying Softbank Deal Does Not Require Deal

Shares of Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ: CLWR) are ramping in pre-open trading Monday following Softbank's confirmed deal to acquire 70 percent of Sprint (NYSE: S) for $20.1 billion. However, Sprint said the deal does not require the company to do a deal with Clearwire. Nonetheless, shares of Clearwire are 18 percent higher currently.
