ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share, or $2.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of October 11, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
