SOLAR SR CAP (NASDAQ: SUNS) declared a monthly dividend of $0.1175 per share, or $1.41 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 2, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 25, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of October 23, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.8 percent.
