This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

- Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SRPT) high of $43.10. Sarepta hitting some of its highest levels since 2006 after the pharma said that treatment with its lead exon-skipping compound, eteplirsen, met the primary efficacy endpoint, increase in novel dystrophin, and achieved a significant clinical benefit on the primary clinical outcome, the 6-minute walk test (6MWT) over the placebo/delayed treatment cohort in a Phase IIb extension trial in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) patients.

- Ocwen Financial Corp. (NYSE: OCN) high of $34.98. Ocwen Financial moving about 21 percent to the new high after announcing it would acquire Homeward Residential Holdings, Inc., from WL Ross. Ocwen will gain the asset for approximately $588 million in cash and $162 million in Ocwen convertible preferred stock.
- Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD) high of $25.40. Deutsche Bank started coverage on the company at Buy and $33 price target.
- Merck & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MRK) high of $45.86. Merck announced Phase IIb data for MK-3102. The comapny said that MK-3102 significantly lowered blood sugar in this 12-week study compared with placebo, with an incidence of symptomatic hypoglycemia that was similar to placebo, in patients with type 2 diabetes.
- Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) low of $15.41. H-P hitting multi-year lows following presentations at its Analyst Day today. In part, the tech giant said it sees fiscal 2013 in the range of $3.40 to $3.60, versus consensus views of $4.18. To read more, click here.
- Dell, Inc (Nasdaq: DELL) low of $9.52. Dell seeing a little pressure from H-P today, given that H-P also outlined expectations for the enterprise and PC markets. Of note, H-P said Enterprise Services revs will decline about 11 percent to 13 percent in fiscal 2013.
- Xyratex, Ltd. (Nasdaq: XRTX) low of $7.28. Xyratex reported third-quarter EPS of 37 cents and revs of $275.7 million, both missing expectations. Despite the miss, Xyratex added to the fire by saying it sees a fourth-quarter loss of 15 cents to profit of 43 cents per share and revs of $235 million to $285 million, versus consensus expectations calling for EPS of 49 cents and sales of $327.90 million.
- ADTRAN (Nasdaq: ADTN) low of $15.73. ADTRAN received some negative comments from MKM Partners earlier, then said it expects a "teens" percentage drop in revs from Q3 to Q4.
Last Friday, ADTRAN revised third-quarter estimates below Wall Street expectations, sending shares lower.
