Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.
The dividend will be payable on December 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of October 11, 2012.
