Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. Cl A (NYSE: MNR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.3 percent.
