  • TW Telecom (Nasdaq: TWTC) high of $26.45. Pivotal Research started coverage on TW Telecom at Buy and $32 price target.

  • Copart, Inc. (Nasdaq: CPRT) high of $28.98. Beat fourth-quarter 2012 EPS expectations by 2 cents/ Revs were heavy as well.
52-Week Low:
  • Blyth, Inc. (NYSE: BTH) low of $25.16. Hit after its ViSalus unit withdrew its IPO due to uncertain market conditions. For more color, click here.

  • Gevo, Inc. (Nasdaq: GEVO) low of $1.77. UBS downgraded Gevo from Buy to Sell today. Shares dropped 17.3 percent on the session.

  • VeriFone Systems (NYSE: PAY) low of $27.39. Renaissance Macro principal Jeff DeGraaf said VeriFone was one of its "short candidates," suggesting technicians do the same on the stock.
