Pivotal Research boosted its price target on Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) from $820 to $880 following a survey highlighting a positive view from agencies on Google, mixed view on Facebook and neutral-to-negative toward Yahoo!.

"Over the past two weeks we reached out to industry contacts of ours at agencies and within marketing organizations of large companies to take the industry’s
"temperature" on current topics which directly impact Google, Facebook and Yahoo," the analyst comments. "The general view is highly positive on Google, mixed on Facebook and neutral to negative towards Yahoo."

Google's valuation implies a 20x 2017 FCF terminal multiple, driven by a long-term 6% growth rate and 11% discount rate.
