Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.40, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.05 billion.
Deliveries up 28 percent to 3,655 homes, new orders up 44 percent to 4,198 homes with a cancellation rate of 17 percent.
Backlog up 79 percent to 4,513 homes with a dollar value of $1.3 billion, up 95 percent.
