Michael Kors (KORS) Pops Higher Following Rosier Outlook

Michael Kors Holdings (NYSE: KORS) is en fuego in late trading Thursday after the higher-end retailer boosted expectations for the second-quarter and fiscal 2012.
Kors sees Q2 diluted earnings per share to be in the range of $0.38 to $0.40 as compared to its previous guidance of $0.33 to $0.35. FY12 EPS should be in the range of $1.39 to $1.41 as compared to its previous guidance of $1.32 to $1.34.
The Street is at $0.36 and $1.37, respectively.
