Washington Trust Bancorp (WASH) Boosts Qtr. Dividend 4.3% to $0.24; 3.7% Yield

Washington Trust Bancorp (NASDAQ: WASH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 4.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.23.

The dividend will be payable on October 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
