CreXus Investment Corp (NYSE: CXS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is an 18.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on October 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.1 percent.
