Vanguard Natural Resources LLC (NYSE: VNR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $2.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.6 percent.
