Oppenheimer reiterates an 'Outperform' on Tetra Tech (NASDAQ: TTEK) price target of $34.00 (from $32.00).

Analyst, Jim Giannakouros, said, "We reiterate our favorable view on TTEK shares, with both revenue and margin opportunities supporting the case for earnings upside. With expectations for subdued overall government-related revenue continuing and a challenging global economy, we believe TTEK's opportunities for playing offense in the US and internationally bode well for shares."

"We maintain our FY12/13E EPS estimates of $1.65/1.95, with an upside bias to FY13E."
