Barclays on Las Vegas Sands (LVS); Madrid Vacation, But Not 'EuroVegas' Just Yet

Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) price target of $49.00.

Analyst, Felicia R. Hendrix, mentioned that last Friday's announcement is the first step, but in a very long process (for a casino resort in Spain). Hendrix settles some investor concern, saying this deal can generate a 20% cash on cash return. Overall, LVS has plenty of cash to expand and raise the dividend.
